The “Dreamtime” is that part of aboriginal culture that explains the origins, culture of the land and its people. It is the story of how things came to be and how things are intended to be within the cosmos. Aborigines have the longest continuous cultural history of any group of people on earth, estimated by some to extend over 65,000 years. This piece represents the conscious perspective of both physical and non-physical simultaneously, an extraordinary state of consciousness that provides the viewer complete clarity of the cosmos.
An original wall-hanging sculpture incorporating transparent dyed aluminum with the Aboriginal man’s face done in steel. Year completed: 2013.
